CommuteLens
A Philippines-first job-offer decision tool that connects a route and salary to the commute cost, time, and take-home trade-offs behind the headline pay.
The trip comes first
You describe the actual journey — the route, how often you are on site, the fare class — before the salary is entered. The commute is the part that repeats every working day, so it is the part the tool starts from.
Pesos and hours, beside the pay
Fare and travel time are estimated per trip and carried across a working month, then set next to the offer itself. Two salaries can then be compared on what is left over rather than on what was advertised.
“Two offers with the same salary are not the same offer.”
Hybrid changes the maths
Work arrangement is an input, not a footnote. Three days on site and five days on site are different jobs at the same headline salary, and the comparison is built to show that difference rather than average it away.
Honest about what it cannot know
It estimates cost and time from a route and a fare class. It does not promise an arrival time, judge whether a route is safe, or claim that a route is always running — the assumptions stay visible instead of hiding inside a single number.
