HealthBridge
A privacy-first care-visit companion that turns a pharmacy, clinic, laboratory, or discharge visit into clear questions, practical checklists, and a plan to bring along.
Four visits, not one flow
Pharmacy, clinic, laboratory, and hospital discharge each get their own path. What is worth asking at a pharmacy counter has little in common with what is worth asking on the way out of a hospital, and a single generic health flow serves neither well.
Prepared, then portable
Each path builds a small plan: the questions worth asking, the documents to bring, the details to check. It is meant to be opened in the room during the conversation, not filled in beforehand and forgotten.
“It organises what you will ask. It never answers for the clinician.”
Stays on the device
Visit plans are kept locally by default, with manual entry wherever someone would rather type than connect an account. Preparing for a visit should not require handing a copy of your health history to a server.
Refuses to be a diagnosis
It organises questions and reads the package details in front of you; it does not diagnose, prescribe, or suggest switching medicine. Comparisons work from the pack in your hand and the prices you enter, never a guessed catalogue.
